Description:  We made a simple batch of light lager and brewed it with 100 lbs. of cocoa (1/2 lb. /gal.) and fermented it accordingly. Then we made a simple golden wheat ale and fermented it with 440 lbs of bananas (2lbs. /gal.). Blending the Cocoa lager and banana ale will make us the Bananas and Blow Crème Ale

This beer is brewed with a Trappist yeast strain so it is very traditional. The flavors are incredibly complex with notes of mild fruit and finishes with a bit of clove. Although this beer is higher in alcohol it is very smooth and finishes dry on the pallet.
